Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our (Chris & Amy’s) fundraising page.

We’re taking on two huge challenges in April! I (Chris) will be running the London Marathon and Amy will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

This will a require a massive effort for us both so we’re joining forces and supporting a charity that means an awful lot to us and our family.

We’ll not only be attempting to complete the distance, which is going to take huge effort and lot’s of training for us both but we’ll be striving to do it in the fastest time possible (completion is the main target). With such a great cause we’ll be hoping to raise as much as possible so really appreciate any contributions that people kindly make.

The Harvey Hext Trust provides specialist bespoke wooden Memory boxes for bereaved children.Memory boxes promote positive mental health in children by offering a safe environment for them to explore their emotions. We want to help children to understand they are not alone in their grief and eventually to be able to celebrate the life of the person who has died and smile when they think of them. We have supported hundreds of children and with your help we will continue to offer our vital gift service.
