In March 2025 I will be running the Brighton half marathon for Legend on the Bench. It is a fantastic charity raising awareness for and supporting people with mental health issues. Having had my own struggles in the past I'm keen to normalise conversations around mental health.

Legend on the Bench places benches in parks that light up in the dark and offer resources for anyone encountering a mental health crisis. Their website can be found here:

Personally, in 2024 I have lost around 4.5 stone (and 8 stone in total) and went from being unable to jog for more than a minute back in March, when I did a running challenge for CRUK, and am now attempting a half marathon next year in aid of a great cause.
