By joining The One Big Sleep Out, you’ll stand alongside a community of compassionate individuals committed to raising awareness and vital funds to support those experiencing an insecure or unpredictable housing future.

Spending a night outdoors is not an easy task. While this experience can never fully replicate the complex realities of homelessness, it will offer a small yet profound insight into what so many endure every night - sleeping rough, exposed to the elements, and without the comfort and security that so many of us take for granted.

From 7pm on Saturday 15th November until 6am the next morning a group of supporters will be sleeping rough at our site in central Southend. With only a sleeping bag, roll matt and blanket they will experience a little of what some of the One Love Project guest's do.
