Saint Francis Hospice is a leading provider of palliative care for people living in Havering, Brentwood, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham. We care for people from 18 years of age, of any race or religion, who have a life limiting illness due to cancer, heart disease, motor neurone disease or respiratory disease and we provide physical, spiritual and emotional care and support to patients and their families.

Story

So, I'm doing this! I'm really doing this, and to be frank it feels a bit scary!

On the 26th of May, I'll be jumping on my Bike and riding 103.4 miles (I've got a feeling that final 3.4 miles is going to feel the longest!) starting in London, heading out to Essex and then finishing back in London.

I'm excited for the challenge, but also the opportunity to raise money for Saint Francis Hospice, and amazing organisation which provides care for individuals who have been diagnosed with serious illnesses within Havering, Brentwood, Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and West Essex.

So, if you can support me with this I'd massively appreciate it!
