I'll be taking on the mountains over 3 days in support of Ty Coch School who help Neurodiverse children to thrive.

A bit about the challenge - we'll be taking on

The National Three Peaks total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and a total ascent of 3064 metres. This challenge takes on Snowdon, in Wales (1085m), Scafell Pike, in England (978m) and Ben Nevis, in Scotland (1345m).

The Welsh Three Peaks includes a total walking distance of 17 miles (27.4km) and an ascent of 2864 metres. This challenge takes on the three peaks of Snowdon (1085m), Cadair Idris (893m), and Pen y Fan (886m).

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge is 24-miles (38.6km) and includes 1585m of ascent. This challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres).
