Story
Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
What began as a casual conversation quickly escalated into a challenge that will push me — and three equally adventurous teammates — to our limits. Together, we’ll be taking on a cross‑country cycling route covering over 300 miles and more than 18,000 feet of elevation. It’s going to be tough, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced daily by the incredible people we’re fundraising for.
I’m raising money in support of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, a charity I see in action multiple times each year. Their dedication, professionalism, and lifesaving speed make an enormous difference to communities across Yorkshire. Working in a rural area, I see first hand just how vital their service is in getting urgent help to people who desperately need it. With Yorkshire Air Ambulance expanding its capacity, every donation — big or small — truly helps keep this essential service flying.
I’m extremely proud and fortunate to work for Daniel Thwaites, and even more grateful that our stunning Inns will be supporting my journey. So, I’ve decided to turn this challenge into the ultimate extreme pub tour.
Over three days, I’ll be cycling approximately 250 miles and climbing the equivalent of Ben Nevis three times, travelling from:
The Beverley Arms (East Yorkshire)
Via The Judges Lodgings – York
Red Lion – Burnsall
Lister Arms – Malham
Golden Lion – Settle
Crown Inn – Pooley Bridge
Royal Oak – Keswick
Toll House – Lancaster
Finishing at The Royal – Heysham
And ending at the Daniel Thwaites Head Office
It’s an ambitious challenge, but it’s for a phenomenal cause.
Anything you can spare will go directly to supporting the lifesaving work of Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
Thank you so much for your support
