My dad has recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's. I love a challenge so thought I would raise some money for Cure Parkinson's.

I have set myself the challenge of completing the Chillswim Triple Crown which involves swimming the length on Coniston (5.25 miles), Ullswater (7.5 miles) and Windermere (11 miles). They are seperate events so not one after another though!!
