On the 18th of May 2024, I will be taking part in the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge. A 100KM, unbroken walk up and down the coastal paths of Dorset, through the day and night, with 2,300M elevation and a hell of a lot of steps!

For this challenge, I am raising money for LMK (Let Me Know). This is a cause very close to my wife's heart...and therefore mine too.

My wife also works for this brilliant charity which is only in its 4th year, and I'm hoping that through this (probably painful!) walk, I can raise some valuable funds and bring awareness to this great charity.

Here's a little more info about LMK...

LMK is a London-based education charity that runs preventative workshops to young people in schools and community organisations, teaching young people about the signs of healthy and unhealthy relationship behaviours.

They do this because abuse and domestic violence have a devastating effect on the lives of around 2.3million people in the UK each year, with young people at the greatest risk of experiencing it - 1 in 3 women and 1 in 5 men will experience an abusive relationship in their lifetime. LMK is working tirelessly to change that.

I'd love your support to help LMK bring their brilliant workshops to more young people.
