My Nan spent the last four weeks of her life being cared for by the great staff at Fair Haven's in Southend.

I am running the:

Chelmsford Half marathon in March 2024

Colchester half marathon in March 2024

To ultimately train for:

The Essex Way Ultra Marathon on 5-6 July. A gruelling 131km/82mile run from Epping to Harwich, to raise funds for Haven's Hospice.

This will be particularly challenging as I'll be summiting Mont Blanc the weekend before, raising money for the Mental Health charity Shout (link on linktree)
