My son Jacob and I are taking part in Mental Elf 2025 - a 5km Festive Fun Run held on the first Sunday in December each year in Bexley. For 2025 it will be held on 7 December.

The event's route runs around Danson Park and takes in the boating pool and beautiful gardens.

All profits from ticket sales will go directly to Mind in Bexley enabling us to support more local people with their mental health and wellbeing..
