Paul was a best mate who passed away last year having fought cancer with the most unbelievably positive mindset.

He spent his final hours at Saint Michael’s Hopsice in Harrogate; a local hospice care charity ensuring people affected by terminal illness across the Harrogate district can access high quality, personalised care.

Those who know Paul will know of his athletic ability; he competed iron mans, marathons, cycling events and swimming. He inspired me to start running a few years ago, and I want to give back as much as I can to this charity who were able to give him the care he needed.
