I’m taking on a 200-mile challenge in July – walking, running and cycling as part of Springboard’s Virtual Race Goes Down Under.

Alongside 400 hospitality professionals, I’ll be racing (virtually!) to Australia to help raise £60,000 to support young, unemployed and disadvantaged people into great jobs in hospitality.
