Story
Hello everyone,
In September, we're taking on a 150 mileish walk from John O'Groats to Inverness. As men, we felt this would be a powerful opportunity to raise vital funds and awareness for ANDYSMANCLUB.
They're a charity that was setup when Andrew Roberts, a man who sadly took his own life aged 23 in early 2016. Andy’s family had no inkling that he was suffering or struggling to the extent that he would do that.
ANDYSMANCLUB sole mission is to prevent other families from going through the heartache and grief caused by suicide, by encouraging men to speak openly about their issues.
The money raised will go towards continuing vital peer-to-peer support groups for thousands of men in the UK who still greatly need this in 2025. This is for the men who need support to be able to talk openly without the fear of judgment.
These groups save lives - this is a great opportunity to highlight it's okay to talk man to man. If that is over a cup of tea or a walk. To be able to ask each other how has your week been? Anything to get off your chest? can be life changing.
If you'd like to support us, please consider donating, sharing or simple spreading the message that it's okay to talk.
