I'm running the Bespak GEAR 10k 2025 run in team 'Hear We Go' 😎👌

It will be a massive achievement for me as someone with type one diabetes and a heart condition to complete this run and to raise money for West Norfolk Deaf Association 😁👍

West Norfolk Deaf Association (WNDA) is a local charity providing specialist support and practical assistance to Deaf people and those with acquired hearing difficulties in West Norfolk.

Operating across our two sites as well as in the community and at residential homes, we provide a whole range of comprehensive services for people of all ages and all levels of hearing loss, all designed to help our community live independent, fulfilled lives.

Hearing Loss research and services are critically underfunded, and as such we rely heavily on the generosity and kindness of our supporters.

There are many ways you can help us serve our community, from fundraising activities to volunteering. All support, in any form, is always greatly appreciated and goes a long way to ensuring we can provide our invaluable services to those most in need.
