On 27 April 2025, I’ll be running the London Marathon to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis UK, a charity that is making a real difference in the lives of those affected by this life-limiting condition.

This cause is incredibly close to my heart. In July 2024, my good friends Mike and Taylor welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Aoife, into the world. Just two weeks later, they received life-changing news—Aoife was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis following the routine heel prick test.

As you can imagine, this was an overwhelming and emotional time for their family, but Aoife has been absolutely amazing. She faces daily treatments, physiotherapy, and medication to manage her condition, and yet she continues to smile and bring joy to everyone around her.
