We help the babies, children and young people treated at Scotland's largest children's hospital, the Royal Hospital for Children, Glasgow. We fund medical equipment, research, play programmes and family support services to ensure that our young patients receive the best possible care and experience.

Story

In memory of Chris Hanton - beloved husband, father, son, brother, and a true friend to so many.

Tragically my brother Chris passed away on 9th August this year following 4 days of care at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Glasgow, having suffered a bleed on the brain after being hit by a motor vehicle whilst on his way home to his wife Lynne and son Zak.

We have been deeply moved and comforted by the support shown for Chris and our entire family over these last weeks and have been asked my many if they can make a donation in his name.

In his memory, the family would like to raise funds for a charity close to their heart - Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity.

Charity donations have already allowed this charity to fund and source a state-of-the- art neurological endoscope that is making life saving brain surgery possible for children. We would like to help contribute to their work, allowing them to fund more life changing treatments and services for children and their families at Glasgow's hospital.

Chris was a kind, generous and loving man and helping others was part of who he was.

Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.
