Cancer has affected so many people and personally to me, losing my father in law has left a hole in my heart that can never be filled.

So I will be racing my first Hyrox and putting myself through 12 weeks of very intense training to raise money to support people and families who are being affected and hopefully one day we can find a cure for all types of this awful illness.
