On 29th July, I will be taking part in a Tandem Skydive, a parachute jump from an altitude of up to 2 miles, (13000 ft) consisting of approximately 40-45 seconds free fall and 5 minutes under canopy (parachute), connected to the instructor by means of a specially designed harness.

I will be raising money for Headway (Surrey) - the brain injury association.

Headway aim to enable adults in Surrey to live well with their acquired brain injury, to be independent and to support their families. To do this they offer a range of services to help with memory, information processing, decision making, managing fatigue, understanding the brain and cognition, emotional and behavioural changes. They provide peer support opportunities and social groups to enable independence and motivation to achieve their best. They support as many people as they can back into employment or volunteering. "You are my lifeline!"
