Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

This June, a team of 16 intrepid (or possibly foolhardy) Igne employees are taking on the Three Peaks Challenge, climbing the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales in just 24 hours.

Logistically and physically, it’s a crazy idea. The combination of no sleep, aching legs, and too many energy bars makes us question their life choices. But, as a team spanning every part of Igne - different roles, locations, and fitness levels - they are determined to do it together. And the rest of us are determined to support them with fundraising.

Why? Because this isn’t just a personal challenge, it’s for a cause that means a great deal to all of us at Igne: Brain Tumour Research.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under 40 than any other cancer, yet research remains underfunded. We want to help change that. Igne is fully backing the team, covering all costs so that every penny raised goes directly to this vital cause.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.

We are fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK. Please help us fund the fight. Together we will find a cure.
