Chris and Jamie's Skydive for Mental Health Foundation

Chris Kirkland is raising money for Mental Health Foundation

Skydive · 16 May 2026

The Mental Health Foundation believe no-one living in the UK should be deprived of the opportunity for good mental health because of who they are, the community they come from or where they live. We’re developing better ways to support good mental health in every community.

Story

Jamie and I are taking on a charity challenge to support the Mental Health Foundation.

Mental health affects all of us in different ways, whether personally or through our families, friends, and colleagues. The Mental Health Foundation carries out vital work across the UK to improve mental wellbeing, raise awareness, and help prevent mental health issues before they reach crisis point.

With the support of Dron & Dickson, we’ll be marking Mental Health Awareness Week by stepping well outside our comfort zones and taking part in a sponsored jump, as a visible show of our commitment to the importance of mental health both in the workplace and beyond.

While this challenge is daunting for us, it’s nothing compared to the realities faced every day by those living with mental health difficulties.

Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go directly towards supporting the Mental Health Foundation’s important work.

Thank you for your support, it truly means a lot.
