As the anniversary of Beckie’s passing has just gone I have decided to do something in her memory and raise much needed funds for Bolton Hospice. Beckie completed a skydive many years ago and always wanted to do another, sadly she never got to complete this so I will be doing it in her honour. Beckie spent a great deal of time in Bolton Hospice towards the end of her life and received some amazing care and dedication from the Doctors, nurses and volunteers as did we as her family so I’d love to give something back. I’ve even managed to convince Sam Bickerstaffe into joining me ! That’s why I’m doing this jump so now it’s over to Sam to say his bit!

Anybody that knows me will know I don’t like even getting stepping on a plane never mind jumping out of one, Beckie will truly be laughing her t*ts off. Chris and Beckie have been close friends to both me and Michelle for many years, while she is still deeply missed our memories will get me through probably the stupidest of things I have agreed too.

Please give as much or as little as you can afford to help Bolton Hospice continue to provide this support to the Bolton Community.

Our consultant-led team of doctors, nurses and other professional staff provide expert care and support for local people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses and their families, in the hospice and at home. We not only take care of patients' physical needs, we consider their emotional, spiritual and social needs too. We also support families and close friends, both during illness and in bereavement.

All money raised from the Skydive will go towards supporting our patients and their families.
