Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!
I will be running the Race to the Stones 100km (non-stop) 2025. I'm laying down the gauntlet and predicting (and hoping) for a sub-14hr finish time.
How common are mental health problems?
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England

Specific diagnoses (In any given week in England)
Mixed anxiety and depression: 8 in 100 people
