Nic & Chris raising a few quid for Suicide Prevention

Team: Team fundraising for PIPS Suicide Prevention

Walk

PIPS Charity supports people across NI, with offices in Belfast, Derry/Londonderry & Enniskillen. With a vision of a society free from suicide, we offer a crisis walk-in service (Belfast) - ensuring help is there when needed most. We are not affiliated or associated with PIPS Hope and Support.

Story

PIPS Suicide Prevention Charity and Reward are proud to announce a powerful new partnership aimed at saving lives across Northern Ireland. This cause is deeply personal to us, as we have both experienced the devastating loss of loved ones to suicide. Our mission is urgent: to raise awareness of suicide warning signs, promote positive mental health, and support the vital services that PIPS Charity provides.

To bring this mission to life, we are undertaking an extraordinary challenge — a coast-to-coast walk with a difference. Starting from Bristol on the West Coast and finishing at the Thames Estuary on the East, we will cover 190 miles in just four nonstop stages. Our route follows the Kennet and Avon Canal from Avonmouth to Devizes and Devizes to Reading, then continues along the Thames Path National Trail from Reading to Staines and finally Staines to the Woolwich Foot Tunnel. We will complete this journey without outside assistance, pushing our limits for this critical cause.

We urgently need your support to reach our fundraising target of £500. Every contribution helps PIPS Suicide Prevention continue their life-saving work and spread hope where it is needed most. Please join us in making a difference — donate today and help turn awareness into action.

Thank you for your donation!
