Throughout his professional life as a teacher and lecturer, Chris was dedicated to bringing media education to all.

His belief in the power of film, cinema and TV as a valuable tool for learning chimes with the ethos of the charity 'Into Film' and we are inviting friends and family to make a donation in his memory.

All money raised will be put towards a programme called 'Every Child a Filmmaker', which gives young people aged 13-18, who wouldn't normally get this kind of opportunity, the chance to work with a professional filmmaker to produce their own short film.

As they learn about filmmaking, they also gain confidence, self belief and life skills to support their future endeavours.
