Hi Everyone

Next month I will be hauling myself out of retirement, dusting off the Nikes and back to where it all started, pounding the streets of Central Manchester, taking part in the AJ Bell Manchester 10k.

I’ll be running for the The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, a cancer charity I have witnessed first hand take people through the journey from treatment to support, not only for the diagnosed but their family all the way to hopefully complete remission.

But I won’t be running alone. Alongside me, will be my close friend Dave MaCartney and the ever reliable Mr Dave Henderson forming Team TCB⚡️. With at least one athletic person in the group, we will be running for an incredibly worthy cause, Dave M’s sister Michelle who is currently fighting this terrible disease.

So please, give what you can. Every penny is incredibly important and would mean the world. Hopefully together, one day we can reach the sunlight uplands where cancer is no more.
