On the 27th December 2024, Matthew passed away from a sudden Cardiac Arrest, aged 14, he had no symptoms.

Matthew had a positive impact on the lives for all that knew him. He was happy, very funny and loved nature and getting out and doing activities. He loved photography, surfing, mountain biking, cooking, climbing mountains, hiking and running on the Malvern Hills and loved his family.

All of the money raised goes directly to screening all of the year 11's at The Chase High School, Malvern. This will pick up issues occurring from undiagnosed heart conditions.

The aim is to screen the year 11 year, every year, your support will help honour Matthews memory by protecting other young peoples lives

Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.
