Established in 1984, we are a small local charity supporting adults with learning disabilities improve their quality of life by providing meaningful daytime activities for them to enjoy. These include gardening, woodworking, arts and crafts, keep fit, life skills and lots of community engagement.

Story

Where Next Association has been a lifeline for our family since 2012. The team at Where Next? have not only built up confidence, given purpose, and helped make friends, but they have also been a source of unwavering support during the most challenging times. When faced with our Dad's declining health, hospital visits, and the devastating loss in 2024, Where Next was there every step of the way. Shortly after this heartbreaking period, our family encountered another hurdle as Vicki faced her own health battle - being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer that led to a Mastectomy. Once again, Where Next stepped in to provide invaluable support in the run-up to the operation and during the recovery process. Without Where Next, life for Vicki and my family would be so much harder.

Dad had a lifelong love of Model aircraft and railways and over the years he accumulated a large collection of models. I am working through all the Airfix kits, Hornby trains, vehicles and buildings to sell through eBay with net proceeds also going to Where Next? through this page.

I am also taking on the challenge of the adidas Manchester Marathon 2025 to raise funds for Where Next Association.
