Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 4th May 2025 I will be running the 10KM leg of the Toowoomba Marathon with 10KG of weight strapped on. The weight will represent the hidden psychological burden of day to day experiences on the job that many Emergency Service and Military personnel carry both during and long after service life finishes. The terrain of Prince Henry Heights in Toowoomba symbolises the uphill struggles that many members can face, and how quickly they can spiral downhill without support.

Any proceeds I raise from the event will be going towards supporting MESHA (Military and Emergency Services Health Australia) to help deliver high quality research and programs to positively impact the mental health and wellbeing of our Defence, Emergency Services and Veteran communities.

I have a $1000 goal, but anything above that will get me up that hill faster. Please donate generously to this great cause!
