On October 12th I’ll be running (with a sprinkling of walking 😬) my 2nd Manchester Half Marathon, this time with a view to raising some funds for Rochdale Gateway Leisure.

They are a fantastic community service in Rochdale and Oldham, giving adults with disabilities and their families the opportunity for some respite along with lots of fun times, social activities and community engagement.

Running each of their 5 day and respite centres is very costly at the best of times, so anything you can spare would be greatly appreciated.
