Story
At the end of October, I am taking part in Daytona Motorsport's D600 race, a 10-hour karting race SOLO - this will be just under 12 hours in the kart, driving flat out in memory of my grandfather and to raise money for a great cause!
The Chilterns Neuro Centre help people living with multiple sclerosis (MS), Parkinson's and stroke survivors by offering a number of life changing and supportive therapies and treatments that are effective for the patient.
This is a cause close to my heart as both Parkinson's and MS have played a part in my family's own story. All donations go through JustGiving* to the charity, with the entry fee to the race itself covered by myself!
I founded DNH Racing, a corporate kart team, with University friends in 2021 and since then we have gone from success to success - named after my late grandfather. This year alone we have won races over 3, 6 and 24-hours - all part of a team. This will be my most gruelling and biggest challenge yet!
