My brother in law Brian, was diagnosed with MND last year but unfortunately recently passed away. To help raise awareness and money for this amazing charity I’m joining my son Jamie, our challenge is to complete The 50k Gower Ultra in July, we know it won't be easy but neither is dealing with Motor Neurone Disease.

Our journey has already started, please help us to finish in style !!
