Hi all,

I know most of you think I am crazy when I go for my little runs :) but when I heard about the charity Young Lives vs Cancer, I knew I had to put these little chicken legs to work for a good cause.

This year, I am participating in the Endure24 event (The UK's Biggest 24-Hour Trail race). I will be running solo on June 7th, 2025 and have 24 hours to wrack up as many laps of the 8km trail course as I can to raise funds for this vital cause. My target is to raise £500 to ensure that families can access the resources they need during these challenging times.

When a child is diagnosed with cancer, life becomes full of fear for them and their family. Fear of treatment, but also of families being torn apart, overwhelming money worries, and having nowhere to turn or no one to talk to.

At Young Lives vs Cancer, we help families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them. Every day, 12 more children and young people hear the devastating news that they have cancer. We stand together in this fight, providing support and hope when it is needed most.
