We’d like to raise money for Velindre who is providing amazing care and support for Nia’s mum, my incredible mother-in-law and the best nanny around, who turns 60 this July.

To raise money for Velindre Hospital we are raffling tickets to win one child or adult Autism assessment.

Each ticket will be £10 and 100% of the tickets sold will go directly to Velindre.

All assessments will take place at Ffos Caerphilly, Wales and the assessment, as always, will strictly follow the NICE guidelines.

To enter this raffle please donate £10 per entry. All donations made to the page will then be added to a random number generator and drawn on the 07.07.25.

Terms and Conditions – Velindre Autism Assessment Raffle

1. Organiser

This raffle is organised by Wade Therapy Services Ltd, registered in Wales and operating from Ffos Caerphilly Clinic. The purpose of this raffle is to raise funds for Velindre Cancer Centre.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK.

• Employees, contractors, or family members of Wade Therapy Services Ltd are not eligible to enter the raffle.

• By entering, participants confirm they meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Raffle Details

• Each ticket costs £10.

• Only entries with a confirmed £10 payment will be entered into the draw.

• Each ticket purchased equates to one entry.

• There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may purchase.

4. Prize

• The winner will receive one Autism diagnostic assessment, either for a child or an adult, to be completed at the Ffos Caerphilly clinic.

• The assessment will be carried out in line with NICE guidelines by a team of qualified professionals.

• The assessment must be booked and completed within 6 months of the raffle draw date.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value.

5. Fundraising

• 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to Velindre Cancer Centre.

• Wade Therapy Services Ltd is providing the prize free of charge in support of this charitable cause.

6. Draw and Announcement

• The draw will take place on 07.07.25.

• The winner will be selected at random using a fair and verifiable method (e.g. random number generator).

• The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw using the contact details provided on the JustGiving page.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during entry will only be used to administer the raffle and contact the winner.

• Data will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Wade Therapy Services Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wade Therapy Services Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.

9. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Wade Therapy Services Ltd reserves the right to amend or cancel the raffle and these terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• This raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
