12 months ago Chris was diagnosed with stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer. He was unable to walk unaided and we feared the worse.

The consultant told him there was a 50% chance of survival with surgery.

Through his determination and the amazing support of MacMillan, he went through major surgery and Chemotherapy and is now back to his former self.

We owe so much to MacMillan. Chris announced during a family meal that he wants to WingWalk (including a ‘loop the loop’) in aid of MacMillan. He’s going to do this on the 15th May 2025

The photo below is from a meeting with the wing walk team when they wanted to check he was capable of climbing the steps to the top. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so determined to succeed.
