Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2025 · 1 June 2025 ·

Your fundraising and donations can help us: increase access to life-saving defibrillators, help more people learn life-saving CPR, or make life easier for people going through cancer treatment or dialysis, by supporting our volunteer-run patient transport services. Thank you!

Story

Mearns & Gill (aka Team Cirque De Sare Legs!) is back on the fundraising trail this year to benefit the wellbeing of our community, and I am a member of this great team.

This year, we're excited to participate in the Aberdeen Kiltwalk 2025 on the 1st June, walking 18 miles as a united team to raise funds for a vital cause - Providing a public access defibrillator for use from our office in Carden Place and the surrounding area.

Every week in Scotland, around 70 people experience a cardiac arrest at home, work or in public places. Starting CPR immediately gives individuals the best chance of survival; however, having access to a defibrillator within those crucial first minutes can significantly increase that chance.

By supporting our mission to provide a public access defibrillator from Carden Place, you are not just donating; you are helping save lives!
