As an easily lead idiot, a friend of mine told me of a challenge called the Goggins Challange. for those like me who had no idea what that was.. its run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours.. my mate was all like how about we go semi goggins.. i was like Nah.. let's just for for it. and so with next to no training what so ever me and my mate will be attempting this on the 5th August. for those worried about me.. dont worry.. I have a few mates and my sister as a support crew to assess my cognitive levels and give me general abuse, and i may also make a few pub stops along the way.
