RAFA have supported me in my cycling and subsequently my mental health for almost 10 years. They are a charity I hold dear to my heart and I wish to continue supporting them as part of the RAFA Rides 2025.

On 07 Jun 25 I will be taking part in the RAF Marham stage of the event and hope to complete 100 miles in 7 hours.

The time period is short for raising funds but, to help incentivise more giving, I will complete more challenges with each milestone. These include:

£100 - I'll do a TikTok dance with my 12 Year Old Daughter

£200 - I will do the Ice Bucket Challenge.

£300 - I will do a TikTok dance then an Ice Bucket Challenge.

£350 - I will do the Ice Bucket Challenge wearing only Budgie Smugglers.

£400 - I will shave my beard off and do the ice bucket challenge wearing only budgie smugglers.

If we get much further than that, I will come up with more challenges.
