Run entirely by volunteers, the charity exists to provide a relaxing getaway for people with special needs of all ages from the very youngest to senior citizens living in care, in nursing homes or in the community. Our canal boats have been specifically modified to enable wheelchair access and to provide for the unique needs of our passengers. Funding the growing demand for Seagull Trust Cruises relies upon the generosity of donors and sponsors, their kind support ensures that each year the charity has been able to carry increasing passenger numbers, providing them with a memorable experience amongst some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery, together with the tranquility that is unique to canal cruising.

Story

This page has been set up in memory of Chris Marryat. As a family we have chosen two charities which, as a Master Mariner were close to Chris's heart: The RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) and the Seagull Trust Cruises. We would like to divide the money as evenly as possible between the two, but please donate to either one.

This page is for the Seagull Trust.

Thank you for your donation.
