In April 2026, I’ll be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise awareness and support for Amnesty International. The organisation was founded in London more than sixty years ago with a simple idea at its core:
Every person deserves dignity, equality, and the protection of their basic rights.
They campaign for freedom of speech and the press, defend people imprisoned for speaking out, and push to end torture and the death penalty. Their teams also does the important work documenting abuses and advocating for civilians in conflict regions, including places like Gaza, where independent human rights work is especially urgent.
Across the world, they stand up for those whose voices are restricted, silenced, or at risk. If any of this resonates with you, please consider donating. Your support helps protect the rights and freedoms that every person should be able to enjoy.
