Chris & Reuben’s fundraiser for Friends of Reynalds Cross School

Catherine Hartland is raising money for Friends of Reynalds Cross School

Climbing Mount Snowdon · 25 July 2026

Friends of Reynalds Cross School is a registered charity supporting Reynalds Cross School in Solihull — a specialist school providing education and care for children and young people aged 3–19 with severe learning difficulties and life-limiting conditions. Our aim is to teach vulnerable pupils the functional skills i.e. communication skills, personal care, self-regulation of behaviours, wellbeing, keeping active (physio, sensory circuits, general exercise) and preparing youngsters for their future lives. For some pupils, who have degenerative conditions, their futures are limited, so therefore their time in school is very precious.

Story

Thank you for visiting our JustGiving page

Chris and Reuben will be climbing Mount Snowdon on Saturday 25th July to raise funds for Reynalds Cross School in Solihull.

Our son Noah (Chris & Catherine’s) and Reuben’s brother attends Reynalds Cross School, a truly incredible place that provides specialist support for children with disabilities. Noah is autistic and non-verbal, requiring constant supervision, and the care, understanding, and resources he receives at Reynalds Cross are simply unmatched.

The school provides vital sensory equipment, communication aids, and specialist devices that help children like Noah express their needs and navigate the world around them. These resources are life-changing - but they are also expensive.

Every donation will go towards ensuring children continue to have access to the tools they need to communicate, feel safe, and thrive.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast, and completely secure. Your details are safe - they’ll never be shared or used for unwanted contact. Once you donate, your contribution goes directly to the charity, making it the most efficient way to give.

Thank you so much for your support - it truly makes a difference.
