I'm swimming 6.5k across the Bosphorus from Asia to Europe on 24th August to raise money for a brilliant charity which supports families affected by and research in to Marfan syndrome. I recently lost a very close friend who lived a wonderful life with Marfans and I'm doing this swim in her memory.

This swim brings my Crossing Continents swim challenge to a close having swum 40k across the English Channel in 2007, 20k across the Gibraltar strait (Europe to Africa) in 2013 and 6k from UK to USA (British to US Virgin Islands) in 2014.

I know I have asked many of you for sponsorship before, anything you feel you can donate to this great charity and in Kirsty's memory would be very much appreciated.
