On the morning on the 15th Jan, Chris finally found peace. It has been a long and trying journey for both Chris and our family over the past 5 to 6 years whilst we tried to navigate the scary journey of Chris’ diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and dementia.

As a family, we have made it through and Chris is no longer suffering but the journey does not end here and we will keep Chris’ memory alive in the stories we tell along the way.

As per Chris’ wishes, before his condition worsened, we are not holding a large ceremony or funeral. Instead we ask if you could spare a few pennies for Alzheimer Research UK and hopefully we can move toward a world where people and their families do not have to suffer the torment of this horrible illness. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
