💜 The last couple of years haven't been easy for our little madhouse. Going through our children's diagnosis, EHCP battles, fighting for school places on top of just the day to day of raising a child with high care needs. You can't just go to play groups or soft play because they are not inclusive when other parents, without fail, point out how naughty your child is 🙃 and not safe when you have a child who is an escape artist with no sense of danger!

Evie then didn't get to start school in September because there was nowhere for her to go!!

Throughout all of this Evie and I have been going to Stay & Play with Unique Kidz every week, where she can play freely, safely and where her differences are celebrated. The parents are all in the same boat, fighting the same battles and helping each other through it all with the invaluable support of Kathryn and Louise who run the group. Alfie also loves to attend the weekend sessions. It has been a sanctuary and a lifeline for me and they provide this service for Free!!

So in September I'm pushing myself right out of my comfort zone (I really hate water!! 😆) and doing Born Survivor for Unique Kidz & Co to try and raise some money for the charity and give a little back! Any donations at all would mean the world 💜 Please share x
