2026 marks The National Year of Reading - the biggest campaign in a generation designed to help more people (re)discover the joy of reading and make it part of their everyday lives. To support this we are excited to announce our upcoming sponsored Readathon, an event designed to inspire a love of reading while raising funds for the school.

How It Works:

1 Set a Reading Goal – Commit to reading a set number of books, pages, or minutes.

2 Gather Sponsors – Family and friends pledge a donation based on reading progress

3 Read and Record – Track reading and collect pledges

4 Submit Donations

Dates: 27th March until 26th April 2026

Who Can Participate? All Christ Church Chorleywood CofE School students are welcome!

Support Your Child: Help them with goals, find sponsors, and enjoy reading!
