The charity i am running for is very dear to my heart.

I used to work at CEDA and I saw that they were doing a run for the Great West Run. I wanted to be involved as I had a fantastic time working there and have always been impressed with the work they do.

Community, Equality, Disability Action (CEDA) is a charity that supports both adults and children with complex needs. CEDA helps provide these individuals with a sense of community, facilitating them with opportunities to socialise as well as providing respite to their carers and families.
