Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. Being an On Call firefighter and seeing my fair share of emergencies from strokes, cardiac arrests and performing CPR a number of times (including performing CPR while doing my full time job working for royal mail) I felt I could raise some money to help that bit more and to involve a hobby such as running, its pretty much win win. The research that they do may impact the way I myself may work in future and if there are things that can be developed to make my job that bit easier I have no problem with doing my bit. Also with some news hitting closer to home I feel this is the right charity for me to raise funds. So any little help anyone can give will be appreciated.
