Cancer remains a scourge that impacts millions of people, and increasingly the young. So I'm running an ultramarathon along the challenging Giant's Causeway coastline in Ireland on 12th September to raise money for 2 cancer charities.

Both the event, and the endless hours of training, will be thoroughly unpleasant, so please dig deep!

I am raising money for two great causes:

- Coppafeel: an amazing UK charity raising awareness of breast cancer in young women. Donate on this page.
