I've volunteered and worked for Eye to Eye for over 20 years and I've seen the difference our FREE counselling and trauma support can make both personally and professionally to children and young people and their families. As we are a small charity all the funds raised will go straight to supporting vulnerable and bereaved children and young people. I will be running the Cardiff Half on Sunday 5th October just 3 weeks after running 10.5 miles in the Castle to Castle event.
