Cyclocruze are in the 41st year of their annual cycle around the Isle of Wight, raising money for charities along the way and Bill and I have signed up to do the ride.

This year the chosen charity to support is the Samaritans Southampton & District branch

Many people find it hard to speak openly or ask for help, but talking can be life-saving – whether it's with a colleague, family member, friend or helpline like Samaritans. Every 10 seconds, Samaritans volunteers respond to a call for help. Samaritans are available, for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen and support people with whatever they are facing, with no judgement.
