The Orange Genie Team are taking part in the Surrey Three Peaks Challenge in Aid of Buckingham Shire Mind

Being outside can do wonders for your mental health. the Fresh air, the exposure to natural light, and the connection with nature contribute to reduced stress levels and improved mood. Outdoor activities also promote physical well-being, releasing endorphins that boost happiness. It is a great way to unplug, gain perspective. We are also exited to get out for a few hours as a team away from the office.
